Some of you might be wondering why my blog is sporting a new look. It's because something special is coming right up with very special treats and whatnots soon. So my blog needs to be dressed to kill for what's coming its, and your, way soon :-) Just be sure to pop in here by July 15th :-)
It's a rainy Sunday in these parts of the world and if only I didn't have to go to church today, I would like nothing better than to burrow deeper into my bed and sleep the morning away. However, Sundays are for the Lord so stop complaining Rachelle!
But because I'm among the greatest procrastinators of all time, I'm putting off taking a bath (yes, I'm still in my PJ's) and posting here a freebie for you instead:
Guys, meet Chirpies- my first set of Photoshop brush that are silhouettes. It has 2 birds and a branch. The colored versions on the preview are not included, I just put them there to show you what you can achieve with these brushes.

These are vector-drawn so you get crisp, clean edges. Just load the brush onto your brushes palette and brush away. You can turn them into patterns or overlay papers on them and grunge them up.
They will add an elegant, romantic touch to your designs or if you're going for the cute and the whimsical, then add styles to the shapes. So you can further customize it, I added the .png versions of the brushes in the pack as well.
Don't forget- my Limited Edition of CU Summer Elements Templates are still in stores (images below) and will be available for only 4 more days. So if you're tired of seeing the same cliparts in kits and want to use unique and doodly cute ones instead, these templates are for you.
I will take them off the stores on Thursday, never to be seen again...
See you guys again in a coupla days-on the 15th to be exact. Sorry, moved to the 20th! See sticky ad at the top of the blog :-)

first... love the new blog look! I had opened your blog from the emails I get as a reminder to stop by and then got busy having summer fun with my kids. So I was gonna comment on the Friday post about it... then I refreshed and viola - you mentioned it.
second, love the cute little bird brush. I need to figure out how to install those because it looks like it would be fun to use. Thanks for sharing with us. You are so generous with your items.
third, I love your doodle set.... seriously makes me wanna be a designer just to use that cuteness! Thanks for the little sample. I am gonna see what happens with it when I play with it. And the summer word art with the cut alpha... so adorable and perfect for some pics from the beach earlier this week.
