I am sorry. I apologize for having disappeared rather abruptly from digi-land and the digital scrapbook business. They way I left have disappointed a couple of people and for that I am truly sorry. The situation I was in at that time left me no choice but to hastily shut the door to my creative pastimes if I wished to hold on to my day job that enabled me to live quite comfortably. It was quite rude of me and I'm sorry. But a working girl's got to do what a working girl must do.

So when it hit me how crazy my work hours will become, I knew I had to say goodbye to my creative pursuits like designing digital scrapbook kits. It was on how I made my exit that I bungled up though. But I don't like to think of this exit as final, but more of a hiatus, so I'll have time to enjoy and live a full life despite my work hours.  I might whip up the occasional digital freebies now and and then.

This blog will remain live, as well as the freebies in here (those that aren't time-sensitive). I opened a new blog, Chellelandia, where I can write freely about my personal life and also design-related things. If you have time, do hop on over there and say hello. :-)

It might be a temporary goodbye here, but it's also a hello over in Chellelandia! :-)

No apology needed here! Life takes different roads and turns that are out of our hands and you must take care of your responsibilities first. I miss you and your talent, but your own life comes first. Anyone that doesn't understand that must live on another planet that is layback and no changes to their daily lives.

I'm glad though that in the U.S., we have freedom of the press which doesn't allow any part of the government to own or run our newspapers.

I hope to see you back soon, but if later than sooner, I'll still be here. Please take care of your health and don't get rundown again.

Glad to hear an update and that life is going well for you! Girl, you must have super-powers to keeping up with two demanding journalism jobs like that. Good for you for making the best choices for you right now. Sad to see you taking a break, but I completely understand the real-life need. You are obviously a very creative and talented person... and that's in high-demand these days! Take care of yourself! Hope to see you around time to time. :)
